In addition to comprehensive workplace health and safety programs and ongoing skills development, our staff hold certifications aligned with client, site and industry requirements, including: • Blue Card (Working with Children) • White Card (Construction Industry) • MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) • Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) • C Class Driver’s Licence • National Police Clearance • Employee Induction Training • Site-Specific Induction Training • Elevated Work Platform (EWP) • Working at Heights • Forklift Licence • Test & Tag Certification • Mould Remediation Certification This depth of experience ensures our teams are compliant, capable and prepared to operate safely and effectively across diverse environments.

Community Engagement

At Eaton Services Group, we believe in building meaningful relationships with the communities in which we operate. Our community engagement efforts go beyond traditional service delivery, we actively seek opportunities to contribute to social and environmental wellbeing.

Recent Initiatives Include

Sponsorship of local councils and school communities, including:

  • Driver Training Simulator Programs.

  • Various College Foundations.

  • Junior sports programs such as rugby and netball associations.

  • Community partnerships co-designed with our customers to deliver lasting impact.

  • Active support for educational, safety, and wellness programs across Queensland and beyond.

Corporate Partnerships & Charity

At Eaton Services Group (ESG), giving back is part of how we do business. Each year, we identify and support several meaningful corporate partnerships and charitable initiatives that align with our values and the wellbeing of our workforce, customers, and broader community.


We focus our support on causes that directly impact the industries we serve, including:

  • Mental health awareness and prevention: We are passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. We  actively participate in campaigns and initiatives that promote mental wellbeing, such as R U OK? Day, and supports programs that provide direct assistance to those affected.

  • Workplace safety culture: As a safety-first organisation, we align with charities and organisations that champion workplace safety, injury prevention, and education. These partnerships help raise awareness of critical safety issues, both within and beyond our own teams.

  • Environmental responsibility and awareness: We partner with environmental groups and sustainability-focused campaigns to help reduce our footprint, educate our teams, and promote cleaner, greener ways of working.

 

  • Skin cancer prevention and foundations: Operating in an outdoor and active services industry, skin health is a top priority. Eaton Services Group supports awareness campaigns and organisations dedicated to skin cancer research, screening, and education to protect our people and their families.

  • Education and Youth Development: We are strong believers in the power of education. Our team supports schools, foundations and youth programs through sponsorships, mentoring initiatives, and learning tools that help build brighter futures. Our recent support includes driver safety programs, scholarship funds, and involvement in junior sport and leadership development.
