This year, the theme resonates deeply with our team —climate change and its impact on workplace safety and health. Climate change is no longer a distant concern; it's an everyday reality. The statistics speak volumes. In 2022, a staggering 195 workers in Australia tragically lost their lives while on the job. This fact underscores the urgent need for enhanced workplace safety measures and vigilance.
