National NAIDOC Week provides an important opportunity to pause, reflect and celebrate the rich history, cultures, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. At Eaton Services Group, we are proud that our team is made up of more than 350 people from a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences, and cultures. It is this diversity that strengthens our organisation, shapes the way we work and helps us better support our clients and the communities we serve every day.
This week, we are especially proud to recognise and celebrate several of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander team members. Their knowledge, perspectives and contributions form an important part of who we are as an organisation, and NAIDOC Week gives us an opportunity to learn more, listen more closely and acknowledge the world's oldest continuing cultures.
Celebrating the diversity of our team during Naidoc Week
For us, NAIDOC Week is not about making grand statements. It is about taking the time to appreciate the people around us, recognising the significance of history and culture, and reflecting on how we can continue to foster an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
Beyond our own team, we are also proud to continue strengthening relationships with Indigenous supply partners. Building connections with businesses and organisations that share our commitment to quality, collaboration and community is something we value.
From everyone at Eaton Services Group, we wish our team, clients, and community a meaningful NAIDOC Week.
