A Sweet Start to Mango Season - Our Community Support in the Spotlight

There’s no better way to welcome mango season in Queensland than with a little Mango Madness! As a proud supporter of the annual Brisbane Markets Mango Madness Auction, Eaton Services Group was delighted to see this year’s event raise more than $82,000 for Queensland charities Redkite and The Lady Musgrave Trust.

Held at the Brisbane Markets in Rocklea, the event brought together the fresh produce industry and wider community for a morning of celebration, generosity and plenty of mango excitement.

Meet the 2026 Mango Monarch

The highlight of the morning was the auction of the first symbolic tray of Australian mangoes, with Elijah Etri from the Skippy’s group placing an incredible $70,000 bid. The landmark bid was the second-highest in the auction’s history, earning Elijah the title of 2026 Mango Monarch.

For Elijah and the Skippy’s team, however, the win was about more than the title. It was an opportunity to support two important causes and give back to Queensland families doing it tough.

Mango Madness Auction - More Than Just Mangoes

The funds raised will help Redkite provide practical support to families facing childhood cancer, while The Lady Musgrave Trust supports young women experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
