Supporting National Road Safety Week 2026
(17–24 May 2026)
At Eaton Services Group, safety is more than a workplace priority — it’s a responsibility we carry every day on the road.
With more than 400 team members travelling across Southeast Queensland, Northern NSW and the Sunshine Coast, our people spend countless hours driving between customer sites, supporting schools, aged care communities, commercial facilities and essential services. Every journey matters, and every person deserves to arrive home safely.
That’s why we proudly support National Road Safety Week 2026, held from 17–24 May.
This important national campaign encourages all Australians to reflect on the devastating impact of road trauma and the role each of us plays in creating safer roads for everyone.
Be a Road Safe Champion
Road safety isn’t just about rules and regulations — it’s about people.
It’s about looking out for young drivers still building confidence behind the wheel.
It’s about showing patience in traffic instead of frustration.
It’s about slowing down, staying alert and making choices that protect lives.
Most importantly, it’s about remembering the more than 1,300 lives lost on Australian roads in 2025 — families, friends, workmates and loved ones who never made it home.
Every one of those lives mattered.
Travel With Kindness
Small decisions behind the wheel can have life-changing consequences.
During National Road Safety Week, we encourage our team, customers and communities to:
Put the phone away and stay focused
Slow down and drive to conditions
Be patient and respectful towards other road users
Take extra care around young and inexperienced drivers
Stop and rest when tired
Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Look out for pedestrians, cyclists, roadside workers and emergency services
A little more patience.
A little more awareness.
A little more kindness.
These simple actions can save lives.
Drive to Survive — So Others Survive Too
At Eaton Services Group, we believe road safety starts with personal responsibility.
Whether travelling to work, picking up the kids, visiting customers or heading home after a long day, we all share the same roads and the same responsibility to protect one another.
This National Road Safety Week, we encourage everyone to make the pledge to drive safely, stay mindful and help create safer roads for future generations.
Because getting home safely should never be left to chance.
