Spotlight on Leadership, Community & Somerville Spirit

Somerville Spirit

Celebrating our Business Development Manager, Sally Lanza – A Spotlight on Leadership, Community & the Somerville Spirit.

We are proud to share that our Business Development Manager, Sally Lanza, has been featured in the 2025 edition of Connections Magazine Volume 24, published by Somerville House. As a proud Somerville House alumna, Sally was recognised in a heartfelt spotlight on her remarkable career and the legacy she continues to build - both professionally and personally.

Sally joined Eaton Services Group with a wealth of experience in Business Development and Procurement, spanning over 15 years across the Health & Aged Care, Education, and Industrial sectors. In her role, she’s known for tackling complex operational challenges with purpose and care, partnering closely with faith-based organisations, not-for-profits, and community-driven institutions.

“What initially drew me to Eatons was the opportunity to make a difference in a space where many clients struggled to find a reliable, long-term partner,” Sally shares. “But what truly sets us apart, for both myself and our customers, is our people. They’re the heart of everything we do.”

A graduate of the University of Queensland, Sally is respected for her strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and unwavering commitment to delivering real impact. She is not only a leader but a trusted advisor, someone who brings people together to deliver results that matter.

The article reflects on Sally’s early days at Somerville House, where she was a dedicated member of the Air Cadets, Firsts Hockey and Swimming teams. It was there she began cultivating the values that still guide her today: confidence, collaboration, and perseverance. More than 20 years later, the friendships and community ties she built remain strong - a testament to the school’s lasting influence.

Outside of work, Sally is a passionate advocate for balance and wellbeing, finding joy in the simple things - time outdoors, creating in the kitchen, and most importantly, being with her husband and two daughters.

At Eaton Services Group, we are incredibly fortunate to have Sally as part of our leadership team. Her feature in Connections Magazine is a well-deserved recognition of her achievements and a celebration of her unwavering drive to make a positive difference.

Congratulations, Sally! Your story is an inspiration to many, especially the next generation of Somerville House graduates who look to role models like you as they shape their own paths.
