Women’s Health Week 2025: Say Yes to You

At Eaton Services Group, our people are at the heart of everything we do and are the foundation of our success. With more than 400 staff across the business — many of whom are women — we know that when our team is healthy, supported, and thriving, so too is our organisation.

That’s why this Women’s Health Week (September 1–5), we’re proud to encourage our team to embrace this year’s theme: “Say Yes to You.” Each day we’ll be focusing on one of the five key health messages, helping our staff take time to prioritise their wellbeing.

Too often, women’s health issues are overlooked or dismissed. By encouraging open conversations, access to resources, and supportive workplace practices, we can all play a role in changing that.

Our Commitment This Week

Here’s how we’ll be encouraging our team to reflect, check in, and take positive steps for their health:

Day 1 (Mon, Sep 1) – Every Check Matters

We’ll be reminding our team about the importance of regular health checks and screenings. By staying up to date, we can all take proactive steps toward prevention and early detection.

Day 2 (Tue, Sep 2) – Take the Lead

Knowledge is empowering. We’ll be encouraging our staff to ask questions, seek advice, and feel confident having informed conversations with their healthcare providers.

Day 3 (Wed, Sep 3) – Heart Smart

Heart health is often overlooked in women. Together, we’ll highlight the signs, risks, and ways to protect your heart for the long term.

Day 4 (Thu, Sep 4) – Pain is Not Normal

No one should have to suffer in silence. We’ll be reinforcing the importance of speaking up, listening to each other, and ensuring women’s pain is acknowledged and addressed.

Day 5 (Fri, Sep 5) – Be Kind to Your Mind

Mental wellbeing is just as important as physical health. We’ll be sharing tools and resources to help our team manage stress, build resilience, and protect their mental health.
